Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Batyr Annayev, received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan, Gismat Gozalov, to discuss the deepening of bilateral relations. North Carolina resident Christian Breton has secured a major lottery payout for the second time. According to Lottery Post, he has decided to donate a portion of his winnings to support school-aged children from low-income families in his local community.

After purchasing a $30 "$100,000 Cash Payday" scratch-off ticket, Breton claimed the $100,000 top prize, taking home $72,000 after taxes. This marks his second major win, following a $2 million prize in August 2024. Breton shared that while his previous winnings went toward helping his mother, his goal this time is to give back to the community by supporting families in need.
