Arkadag to Face Al-Ahli Today in AFC Champions League 2 Group Stage
22 Oct. 06:33Today, Turkmenistan’s football club Arkadag will play against Qatar’s Al-Ahli in the third round of the AFC Champions League 2. The match will take place in Doha and is scheduled to kick off at 21:00 Ashgabat time.
The game will be broadcast live on the official YouTube channel of the Asian Football Confederation.
After two rounds in Group B, Bahrain’s Al-Khaldiya leads with four points, having defeated Arkadag (2:0) and drawn with Al-Ahli (0:0). Uzbekistan’s Andijan and Qatar’s Al-Ahli both have two points and sit in second and third place respectively. Arkadag is currently at the bottom of the group with one point.
This season’s AFC-2 group stage features 31 clubs from 22 countries, divided into West and East Zones. The top two teams from each group will advance to the playoff stage.
