The second day of the XXV International Universal Exhibition and Conference "White City Ashgabat 2026", dedicated to the capital's city day, features highly interactive panel discussions and strategic expert exchanges. Bringing together the heads of Turkmenistan's key sectoral ministries and international corporate leaders, the forum serves as a primary platform for unveiling major developmental initiatives in urban planning, industrial manufacturing, modern energetics, and next-generation digital ecosystems.

The conference agenda spans three extensive, specialized sessions. The inaugural session, centering on smart city frameworks and contemporary architectural solutions, was opened by the Minister of Construction and Architecture, A. Geldiyev, followed by the Minister of Highways, H. Kerimov, who presented comprehensive blueprints for future national transport corridors. Global industry pioneers, including "Zaha Hadid Architects", "Inros Lackner SE", "Todini Costruzioni Generali", "MARINI Makina", "Changsha Zoomlion", and "Intermontaž", actively contributed to the infrastructure panel.

The second session shifted focus toward supply chain optimization and advanced industrial manufacturing within the infrastructure sector. The Minister of Industry and Construction Production, T. Nurov, and the Chairman of the "Türkmenhimiýa" State Concern, R. Myradow, delivered joint presentations alongside executives from prominent global firms, including "Mitsubishi Corporation", "Kawasaki Heavy Industries", "Daewoo Engineering", "PETRONAS Carigali", "Toyo Engineering", and "Air Liquide Global", analyzing sustainable material sourcing.

The final session prioritized energy efficiency and digital transformation for smart metropolises. Following a baseline report by the Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan, A. Saparov, a high-level dialogue on transitioning to sustainable energy systems took place. Minister Saparov and Francesco La Camera, Director-General of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), anchored the debate with experts from the Asian Development Bank, "Siemens Energy", "Baker Hughes", "Bitdeer Technologies", and "SODIPP International" to outline the eco-cities of tomorrow.
