On the occasion of the National Spring Holiday, the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan, in collaboration with the Ministry of Communication and the "Turkmenhowayollary" State Service, organized a professional contest titled "My Profession is My Pride" among female employees. This initiative was designed to celebrate the arrival of the spring season and to showcase the diverse talents and professional dedication of women working within the country's aviation and communication sectors.

According to the rules of the competition, participants integrated the 2026 motto, "Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan — Land of Winged Steeds," into their performances. Through poetic verses, the women introduced themselves, their roles, and their daily contributions to their respective organizations. The program also featured theatrical skits and musical performances, highlighting the creative potential of the female staff alongside their technical expertise.

A significant portion of the event was dedicated to cultural heritage and household skills, including a competition for decorating festive tables with traditional Turkmen cuisine. Furthermore, the participants showcased a variety of national costumes intricately decorated with traditional embroidery and silver jewelry. This segment emphasized the elegance of Turkmen women and their commitment to preserving national aesthetics within a modern professional environment.

The competition was conducted in two stages, starting with internal rounds within various enterprises. Six outstanding finalists were selected to compete in the grand finale, where their skills were evaluated by a panel of experts. Winners were honored with certificates of merit and valuable gifts, while all other participants received commemorative prizes. The event served as a powerful inspiration for female workers, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and professional excellence.
