Ward of Ashgabat Orphanage Officially Granted New Name and Legal Documentation

The event was specifically timed to coincide with International Children's Day, highlighting the nation's robust social welfare system.
The foundation for this humanitarian action was laid during a recent meeting of the Council of Elders under the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care. On the eve of the holy Eid al-Adha holiday, council members initiated a proposal to bestow the symbolic name Arkadag gyzy Gurbangul upon the child left without parental custody.
Following the approved decision by the specialized charitable organization named after the National Leader of the Turkmen people, all necessary legal identification papers were prepared and delivered. As reported during the evening broadcast of the "Watan" news program, this initiative reflects the alignment of state social initiatives with national moral values.
In addition to the official documentation confirming her updated civil status, the young girl was presented with special gifts from the humanitarian fund. State officials reaffirmed that ensuring the comprehensive welfare and rights of children under state guardianship remains an unalterable priority of the national social policy.

The solution utilizes local bacteria adapted to the regional climate, which harness methane monooxygenase to convert methane into carbon dioxide and water.
Methane is a major contributor to global warming, with a heat-trapping capacity in the atmosphere significantly higher than that of carbon dioxide. The newly developed bio-agent features high efficiency in industrially congested areas, cost-effectiveness through the use of local raw materials, and complete safety for human health and the environment.
