During the structural deliberations, delegates evaluated key sectors poised for international capital injection, specifically focusing on petrochemical manufacturing, agribusiness logistics, telecommunications infrastructure, and information technology development. Special emphasis was placed on the statutory incentives, simplified customs procedures, and fiscal advantages provided to international firms, alongside the country's strict transition toward ecologically sustainable production technologies.
The Turkmen delegation reiterated that the nation's foreign economic policy remains rigidly anchored to the principles of mutual parity, transparency, and legal security. This established regulatory framework offers global enterprises a reliable environment for sustained market engagement, as demonstrated by the high level of interest expressed by the Turkish business community during the sessions.
