The strategic deployment of these modern, digitally integrated complexes is scheduled for the Akdepe and Gorogly districts in Dashoguz province, the Farap and Halach districts in Lebap province, and the Sakarchage district in Mary province. The structural blueprints mandate the inclusion of secure data rooms, computerized records management networks, and standardized courtrooms engineered to streamline legal proceedings at the regional level.

The state authority invites qualified domestic construction firms and international engineering enterprises to submit comprehensive technical and commercial bids to the ministry's headquarters in Ashgabat. The final contract allocation matrix will prioritize sustainable architecture, advanced physical security frameworks, and full compliance with national corporate building standards.
