The shipment, consisting of medicine and medical supplies, was facilitated through the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship. Following an official order by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the aid package includes advanced pharmaceuticals and essential health products. This decision reflects the ongoing implementation of Turkmenistan’s foreign policy, which prioritizes good-neighborly relations and mutual assistance.

The official departure ceremony for the humanitarian convoy was attended by religious leaders and esteemed elders. Following the departure of the aid trucks, members of the Council of Elders and religious representatives visited the city of Arkadag to inspect the construction of a new central mosque designed for 30,000 worshippers. The delegation was presented with architectural plans and samples of decorative materials being used in the project.
