The Asian Football Confederation has unveiled the official match layout for the Round of 16 stage of the AFC Champions League Two, dividing the fixtures into western and eastern zones. Particular interest surrounds Turkmenistan, as Arkadag FC continues its continental campaign.

The tournament regulations include substantial prize money for playoff participants. Teams reaching the quarterfinals will earn 160,000 US dollars, while semifinalists will receive 240,000. A place in the final guarantees one million dollars, and the champion of the AFC Champions League Two will take home 2.5 million dollars.
