A bilateral educational program was successfully executed by the Training Center under the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan in coordination with the Customs Institute of the Customs Committee under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan. According to the official web platform of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan, the technical sessions addressed several fields of operational inter-agency synergy.

The primary objective of the synchronized training course was to reinforce trans-regional security networks, optimize the legislative parameters governing cross-border trade, and modernize export control structures in compliance with international benchmarks. During the working panels, special emphasis was placed on contemporary methodologies utilized at customs checkpoints to identify anomalous shipments and counter illicit commercial operations.

Throughout the course, the delegates evaluated compliance strategies regarding the export, import, and transit of strategically significant goods and dual-use technologies under global treaties and domestic fiscal frameworks. The corporate participants were also introduced to emerging digital architectures and automated data processing solutions, strengthening their operational capacity through interactive knowledge-sharing.

The strategic event was organized as part of the ongoing implementation of the bilateral Memorandum of Understanding and strictly adhered to the structured Joint Training Action Plan scheduled for the year 2026. The technical exchange successfully furthers both nations' mutual commitment to securing and streamlining supply chain corridors across Central Asia.
