Mosaic Visa, the official service provider for Turkish visa processing in Turkmenistan, has announced the relocation of its operations to a new facility. Starting May 4th, all visa-related services and document submissions will be managed from the company’s new administrative headquarters in Ashgabat.
The newly established service center is located at 88 G. Kuliyev Street (formerly Street 2127), within the "Nowruz Haly" building. This strategic move is designed to enhance the efficiency of consular services and provide a more accessible environment for applicants seeking to travel to the Republic of Türkiye.
Applicants are offered two distinct methods for submitting their visa documentation to ensure flexibility and convenience. Prospective travelers may choose between an in-person appointment at the new office or utilizing the integrated online portal for digital submission of their applications.
The center provides comprehensive processing for a wide range of visa categories, including tourism, education, employment, business, and transit permits. The facility operates Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00, and maintains several hotlines—75 41 02 (03, 04, 05, 06)—for detailed inquiries regarding the application process.

North Carolina resident Christian Breton has secured a major lottery payout for the second time. According to Lottery Post, he has decided to donate a portion of his winnings to support school-aged children from low-income families in his local community.
After purchasing a $30 "$100,000 Cash Payday" scratch-off ticket, Breton claimed the $100,000 top prize, taking home $72,000 after taxes. This marks his second major win, following a $2 million prize in August 2024. Breton shared that while his previous winnings went toward helping his mother, his goal this time is to give back to the community by supporting families in need.
