President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, and the Brazilian people on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two nations. The message, reported by the State News Agency of Turkmenistan (TDH), emphasizes the steady growth of a partnership built on mutual respect and shared interests.
In his message, President Berdimuhamedov highlighted that the relationship between Turkmenistan and Brazil is rooted in equality and mutual trust. He reaffirmed Turkmenistan’s strong commitment to further diversifying bilateral cooperation across various fields. The Turkmen leader expressed confidence that through joint efforts, the partnership will continue to flourish for the benefit of both nations.
Concluding his address, the President of Turkmenistan wished President Lula da Silva health and happiness, while wishing the friendly people of Brazil continued peace, progress, and prosperity. This 30-year milestone marks three decades of diplomatic bridge-building between Central Asia and South America.

The school district allocated $13.9 million from its overall budget to combat unexcused absences. The program maintains strict criteria: a single unexcused absence during any given school week forfeits the student's eligibility for that week's reward.
