According to the state news agency TDH, this formal ceremony officially marked the commencement of the Kenyan diplomat's tenure in the country.

The head of the national parliament, on behalf of the Head of State, congratulated the diplomat on his appointment to this responsible post, wishing him success in his upcoming work aimed at strengthening bilateral ties. The Ambassador expressed his gratitude for the warm hospitality extended to him on Turkmen soil and conveyed cordial greetings and best wishes from the top leadership of Kenya.

During the meeting, the diplomat was briefed on Turkmenistan’s peace-loving foreign policy, which is based on the principles of permanent neutrality, and its international initiatives aimed at ensuring global sustainable development.
