Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan to Jointly Host "Mother Nature" International Exhibition
26 Jun. 04:13Turkmenistan is preparing to host a major collaborative cultural and humanitarian event, the "Mother Nature" ("Ene tebigat") International Exhibition. This prominent initiative will be co-organized by Azerbaijan's Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care. The exhibition is scheduled to take place in Turkmenistan from October 19 to November 30 of this year.
The National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, highlighted the upcoming event during his telephone conversation with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. As reported by the "Watan" news broadcast, the National Leader emphasized that this joint project will significantly strengthen cultural and humanitarian ties, while fostering institutional cooperation between the two premier charitable organizations of the brotherly nations.

23 Aug. 14:31The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and PETRONAS Carigali (Turkmenistan) Sdn. Bhd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding to advance cooperation in education and vocational training. The signing meeting involved Minister of Education J. Gurbangeldiyev, Malaysian Ambassador Mohd Suhaimi bin Ahmad Tajuddin, and PETRONAS Carigali (Turkmenistan) CEO Ismadi bin Ismail.
The agreement coincides with the 30th anniversary of PETRONAS's operations in Turkmenistan's oil and gas sector. Discussions focused on qualifying skilled workforce candidates for the energy industry, extending scholarship opportunities for Turkmen students at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, and advancing professional development programs.
To date, Turkmenistan and Malaysia have established nearly 20 educational agreements. During the recent visit of the Prime Minister of Malaysia to Turkmenistan, three additional agreements were finalized between local universities and Universiti Tenaga Nasional to support academic mobility and exchange initiatives.
