The Ynamly Egindesh Economic Society — Supporting Young Entrepreneurs in Rural Areas
In Turkmenistan, the creation of a well-educated, spiritually rich, and physically developed young generation is a strategic goal of the political course. In line with this aim, the Ynamly Egindesh Economic Society actively supports the development of youth and women in the rural regions of Mary and Akhal velayats.
Recently, the organization successfully conducted two seminars aimed at enhancing participants' knowledge in business creation and registration, as well as in developing marketing strategies. The first seminar was led by Leyla Toylyyeva, who has experience in business management and is a participant of the IVLP program. The second seminar focused on marketing communications and was conducted by Serdar Agayev, a PhD in Economics and a Fulbright Program graduate.
Participants discussed startup ideas such as creating retail networks, developing handicraft businesses, and providing services in rural areas. These initiatives contribute to job creation and improving living standards in the regions, making a significant contribution to the sustainable development of Turkmenistan.
