Last week, 19 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

The total amount of currency transactions amounted to over 96 million 517 thousand USD.

For foreign currency, entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates, Türkiye and Afghanistan purchased liquefied gas and urea (SC "Turkmenhimiya").

Also, business representatives from Türkiye, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia and other countries purchased plain-dyed and jacquard terry products, cotton yarn and fabric, purified cotton waste, and cotton fiber for foreign currency.

Turkmen businessmen purchased polypropylene, base oil, mixed paraffin slack (SC "Turkmenneft"), as well as float glass and cotton yarn for the domestic market. The total amount of these transactions amounted to 87 million 107 thousand manats, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
