State Trade Ministry Mobilizes Open Procurement Tender for Bulk Food Commodities
13 Jul. 06:40The ministry overseeing domestic commerce and foreign economic relations has formally launched a nationwide procurement tender to secure large-scale volumes of refined sugar. The regulatory notice validates an open-participation selection model, enabling both domestic enterprises and international trade corporations to submit bids designed to stabilize consumer retail volumes and secure national food safety margins.
Prospective wholesale suppliers and logistics firms can acquire the mandatory technical specifications and compliance criteria within a 30-day window following the public launch of the application phase. The state’s standardized purchasing strategy focuses on diversifying distribution channels and incorporating highly efficient corporate suppliers to maintain balanced pricing matrices across regional retail environments.
The formal processing window for all legal applications and sealed commercial bids will close at 17:00 on August 1 of the current calendar year. Submissions must be hand-delivered directly to the Trade Complex Headquarters located at 52 Archabil Avenue, Ashgabat. Corporate entities can clarify project criteria or verify institutional quality benchmarks through the ministry's dedicated communication desks and digital networks.
