Dear compatriots, our dear brothers!

I cordially congratulate you on the beginning of the XXVI Conference of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World in the International Year of Peace and Trust! I am confident that this forum, held on the eve of the national holiday - Independence Day of Turkmenistan, inspiring high goals on the bright path of progress, power and prosperity, will be of great importance in further strengthening our unity, cohesion and fraternal relations.

Independence and neutrality are the sources of our national statehood and pride that has been formed over centuries, the greatness of our authority and dignity in the world. In the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, relying on our independence and permanent neutrality, inspiring great deeds, patriotism, creative inspiration and labor enthusiasm, we are building a wonderful future. That is why, by linking the events of national and global significance of the International Year of Peace and Trust with very important glorious dates – the 34th anniversary of independence and the 30th anniversary of the country's permanent neutrality, we widely glorify our respect and love for these sacred values ​​in the world. All this, raising the independence of our Fatherland and permanent neutrality, three times recognized by the General Assembly of the United Nations, to a new level of greatness and holiness, increases our sense of pride, spreads our principles and doctrines of peace, friendship and humanism abroad.

Dear people!

Thanks to the exemplary work of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, President of the Humanitarian Association of the World Turkmens Hero Arkadag, colossal work has been done to strengthen the foundations of our independence and permanent neutrality, our dear Fatherland has been recognized as one of the confidently developing states in the political, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres and has become a country of peace, friendship and happiness. In the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, relying on the achievements in strengthening the foundations of our statehood, successfully implementing national programs, large-scale transformations in the name of the prosperity of the country, the prosperous life of our native people, we ensure the stable development of the Motherland. By building the second stage of the city of Arkadag - a city of national importance, as well as modern villages, settlements, new industries, high-speed highways in the velayats, we are decisively leading our state forward to new frontiers. Particularly noteworthy is the activity of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World, as well as its members, who have defined patriotism as their priority, their work on the wide popularization in the world of the initiatives of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, which have universal significance, the policy we are implementing, and which also take their origins from the thousand-year history of our principles of peacefulness, friendship, neutrality and humanism, on contributing to the multi-vector development of our native Fatherland and fraternal relations.

Dear compatriots!

Guided by the basic principles of permanent neutrality, three times recognized by the United Nations, establishing multilateral relations with foreign states, international organizations, we are consistently strengthening the position of our native Fatherland in the international space.

Today, the high international authority of our country is recognized by the world community, the initiatives we put forward are actively supported. The resolution "Permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan", adopted

March 21, 2025 at the 61st plenary meeting of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly is a high assessment given to our doctrine of neutrality, originating from the depths of millennia, humanistic policy aimed at ensuring universal peace and progress, initiatives to popularize the traditions of trust. The Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, held in August of this year in the Avaza National Tourist Zone at a high level, as well as the documents adopted within its framework once again demonstrated the high authority of our Fatherland in the world. These historical events increase the immense pride of our native people and dear brothers living in different parts of the world for the Motherland.
