The Switzerland-based CIES Football Observatory has published a comprehensive analytical report evaluating the digital footprint of professional football organizations across major social networks. The statistical assessment reviewed official corporate accounts across vital global vectors including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube. Based on the aggregated tracking metrics, Spain’s Real Madrid emerged as the absolute leader within the international sports landscape, demonstrating unmatched virtual audience scale.

According to verified research figures released by CIES, the cumulative subscriber matrix for the Spanish giant has reached an institutional milestone of 487.6 million followers worldwide. Their domestic rivals, FC Barcelona, secured the second position globally, carrying an online community of 441.8 million digital users. England’s Manchester United completed the podium in third place, registering 238.6 million followers, which represents roughly half the total footprint achieved by the ranking leader.

The published top 20 classification is heavily dominated by elite European football institutions occupying prominent financial tiers. Specifically, positions four through ten are occupied by France's Paris Saint-Germain (208.1 million), followed by a sequence of English Premier League and continental entities including Manchester City (187.8 million), Liverpool (179.2 million), Juventus (178.3 million), Bayern Munich (165.2 million), Chelsea (156.5 million), and Arsenal (118.5 million).

Furthermore, the data captures a rising marketing trajectory for non-European sporting structures competing within the global digital economy. Prominent spots within the top tier were successfully claimed by Brazil’s Flamengo (71.6 million), Saudi Arabia’s Al-Nassr (66.0 million), Egypt’s Al-Ahly (60.1 million), and Turkey’s Galatasaray (54.6 million), while Italy's AS Roma rounded out the top twenty with 43.4 million. Notably, Major League Soccer's Inter Miami, driven by high-profile international talent acquisitions, positioned just outside the top twenty, ranking 21st overall.

FC Barcelona and Spain midfielder Gavi (Pablo Paéz Gavira) is donating approximately €1.3 million to fund the construction of 150 homes for homeless and low-income individuals. The project will take place in his hometown of Los Palacios y Villafranca, located in the province of Seville.

According to Spanish media outlets, the development is designed to shelter around 300 people who face financial difficulties in purchasing or renting a home. The initiative is a purely charitable endeavor funded entirely by the footballer rather than a commercial real estate investment.

Specific details regarding construction timelines and eligibility criteria for housing recipients will be announced in subsequent phases of the project.
