The beginning of November will bring rain and a drop in temperature to Turkmenistan. In the first days of the week, light rain is expected in the capital and regions, while the nights will become noticeably cooler. In some areas, temperatures may drop to 0…–5°C.
In Ashgabat, cloudy weather with clearings is expected. During the day, temperatures will range from +15…+18°C to +19…+21°C, and at night, from +4…+9°C to +8…+10°C. Short-term rain is possible.
In the Akhal region, variable cloudiness is forecasted. During the day, temperatures will warm up to +14…+23°C, and at night, the temperature will drop to +5…+13°C.
In the Balkan region, mostly cloudy weather is expected. During the day, temperatures will be around +16…+19°C, and at night, from +7…+14°C. Rain is possible early in the week.
In the Mary region, there will be cloudy weather with clearings. Daytime temperatures will range from +14…+20°C, and at night, from +2…+7°C.
In the Lebap region, variable cloudiness is forecast. During the day, temperatures will range from +10…+18°C, and at night, from 0…+7°C. Occasional short-term rain may occur in some areas.

On 15 December 2025, a ceremonial reception marking the National Day of the State of Qatar was held in Ashgabat. The event was hosted by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Qatar to Turkmenistan, Nasser Ahmed Mohammed Al-Taher.
The beyan.tm team was also present at the celebration.
The Guest of Honour from the Government of Turkmenistan was Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations Nazar Agahanov.
In his address, the Ambassador highlighted the historical role of Sheikh Jassim bin Mohammed Al Thani, the founder of modern Qatar, and emphasized Qatar’s active role in international mediation and peacebuilding efforts.
Special attention was given to the rapid development of bilateral relations between Qatar and Turkmenistan in 2025, supported by high-level mutual visits and close ties between the leaders of the two countries.
Guests were introduced to Qatari culture through an exhibition of traditional clothing, books about Qatar, national artifacts, and falcons — a symbol of the country’s heritage. The atmosphere was enriched by traditional music, while a calligrapher artistically wrote guests’ names upon request.
