According to the official diplomatic circular distributed by the mission, the expanded logistical framework will remain active from July 6 through September 30, 2026. Throughout this designated seasonal timeframe, the embassy’s administrative staff will maintain optimized throughput levels to absorb the heightened volume of entry requests. This temporary framework ensures maximum efficiency during the high-demand summer and early autumn travel cycles.

Under the newly ratified administrative schedule, the collection and processing of incoming visa applications will be carried out four times per week, specifically on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Applicants are required to submit their finalized documentation dossiers exclusively during the morning operational block, which runs from 9:00 AM until 11:30 AM. This precise scheduling model helps maintain organizational standards.

The distribution of finalized travel passports containing approved entry visas will follow the identical four-day weekly rotation designated for incoming applications. Recipients can retrieve their processed documentation during the afternoon operational shift, specifically between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM. Separating application drop-offs from document collections minimizes overcrowding and accelerates individual processing speeds.
