The National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslahat conducted a working visit to Arkadag City to oversee its ongoing development and population resettlement efforts. During a high-level meeting with urban development officials, it was reported that the first phase of construction provided housing for 7,368 families. The focus has now shifted toward the second phase, which includes the construction of residential units for an additional 4,284 families alongside essential social infrastructure.

The second stage of the city's expansion is designed as a comprehensive urban ecosystem. Plans emphasize the simultaneous construction of modern residential buildings, secondary schools, and kindergartens to support a growing population. Every architectural project adheres to high-tech and "smart city" standards, ensuring that residents have access to premium living conditions and recreational facilities that meet modern global requirements.

The National Leader emphasized that the resettlement of citizens into these fully-equipped residential complexes must proceed systematically. Since its inauguration, Arkadag City has quickly become a vibrant hub, creating thousands of new jobs and integrating digital solutions into daily life. The goal is to ensure that the urban environment remains fully responsive to the needs and preferences of its inhabitants, maintaining the high quality of life established in the initial phase.

Education and youth empowerment remain at the forefront of the city's strategic development. To encourage academic excellence, the National Leader proposed the introduction of specialized scholarships for students attending educational institutions within Arkadag City. Furthermore, relevant officials were instructed to modernize the management of local schools and universities, ensuring that the next generation is educated in an innovative environment that fosters both talent and patriotism.
