An online signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was held via direct videoconferencing between the International University for the Humanities and Development (IUHD) of Turkmenistan, the HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management, and the Laurea University of Applied Sciences of Finland. The established institutional agreement marks a significant milestone in expanding academic diplomacy and building strategic global education corridors.

The newly signed memorandum focuses heavily on broadening collaborative frameworks in higher education, joint research initiatives, digital learning platforms, and academic exchange programs for faculty and students. This international partnership directly aligns with the operational goals of the country's "Strategy for the Development of Higher Professional Education in Turkmenistan for 2026–2052," fostering modern, knowledge-based educational standards.
