The Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan officially inaugurated a two-week international scientific conference titled "Science, Technology, and Innovative Technologies in the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State." Conducted via a hybrid organizational matrix, the forum aims to catalyze global academic networks, facilitate tech-transfer methodologies, and evaluate contemporary research structures operating within key macroeconomic sectors.

Prior to the plenary discussions, delegates conducted an extensive review of an on-site technological exposition profiling localized digital architectures and institutional research products. The formal session opened with the presentation of the official congratulatory address delivered by the President of Turkmenistan. High-level academic administrators representing National Academies of Sciences and technical universities from Azerbaijan, Russia, China, Italy, South Korea, Turkey, Egypt, Uzbekistan, and Belarus addressed the assembly.

The thematic focus of the expert presentations focused heavily on expanding bilateral research tracks in applied chemistry, agricultural logistics, seismological risk mitigation, and ecological sustainability. In the humanities domain, delegates reviewed joint research initiatives evaluating the literary outputs of Magtymguly Pyragy and Nizami Ganjavi. Additionally, the assembly examined ongoing projects executed by the TÜRKTAV foundation concerning digital indexing of rare regional historical manuscripts and biodiversity mapping.

The afternoon itinerary featured a formal recognition ceremony honoring the laureates of the national youth scientific research competition, complemented by a cultural performance. The subsequent phases of the international conference are scheduled to proceed across specialized panels hosted at the International Science and Technology Park of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan and other higher education facilities. The visiting academics will also conduct educational seminars and peer-to-peer workshops for local research faculties and postgraduate students.

Seyran Ataniyazov, a fifth-year student at the Maya Kuliyeva Turkmen National Conservatory, achieved outstanding success by winning a silver medal at the XX Youth Delphic Games of the CIS member states, held in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Competing in the "Violin" category, the talented musician showcased exceptional artistry in a highly competitive environment. According to the "Altyn Asyr" electronic publication, this marks Ataniyazov's second major triumph at the competition, having previously secured second place in 2023.

Turkmenistan was represented at the prestigious international cultural forum by three conservatory students. Alongside Ataniyazov, first-year student Asel Ruslanova competed in the "Academic Singing" category, while Anna Veliahmedova performed in the "Pop Vocal" division. Senior lecturer Stella Faramazova from the Chamber Ensemble Department, who accompanied the delegation, noted the exceptionally high technical standard of participants across all disciplines, making the contest for top honors remarkably intense.

In their respective categories, Asel Ruslanova secured a strong fourth-place finish in academic vocal performance, while Anna Veliahmedova earned an honorary diploma for her expressive renditions of Turkmen folk songs and international pop compositions. The Turkmen artists received warm applause from both the international jury and the audience throughout their performances.

Beyond the formal competition rounds, the event provided young performers with a valuable platform to exchange sheet music, explore classic and contemporary works from other participating nations, and forge professional connections. Faculty mentors highlighted that such international cultural exchanges serve as crucial opportunities for young musicians to expand their repertoire and showcase Turkmenistan’s rich musical tradition to a global audience.
