The capital of Turkmenistan hosted a large-scale event celebrating the graduation of cadets from higher education institutions operating under the nation's military and law enforcement agencies. The official assembly took place at the Constitution Monument square in Ashgabat, bringing together heads of security structures, academic faculties, and young specialists. A key highlight of the formal agenda was the reading of the presidential congratulatory address directed to the graduates and command personnel, which established a highly patriotic tone for the proceedings. Details of the event were officially covered by the digital platform of the "Milli goşun" military publication.

The uniform formation on the square featured graduates from higher military academies, specialized law enforcement institutes, and cadets from the Military-Medical Faculty of the Myrat Garryýew State Medical University of Turkmenistan. The event initiated with the solemn rendition of the National Anthem beneath the hoisted state flag. The ceremony highlighted the strategic importance of integrating civil medical education with the defense sector to serve the critical requirements of national security.

The official program proceeded with the ritual distribution of professional credentials and distinctions to the young lieutenants, marking the formal commencement of their active service. Each graduate ceremonially received their higher specialized education diplomas, officer certifications, and distinct institutional breast badges, alongside the official conferral of their initial military and special rank of "lieutenant." This advancement concluded a multi-year cycle of intensive theoretical and tactical training for future defense sector managers.

The graduation showcases the systematic execution of the national military doctrine, which focuses on modernizing the human resource potential of the Armed Forces. The state infrastructure for training security personnel continues to elevate its educational standards to match contemporary global security demands. This new generation of commissioned officers is slated for deployment across various military divisions and regional frameworks nationwide to protect state sovereignty and public order.
