The official assembly took place at the Constitution Monument square in Ashgabat, bringing together heads of security structures, academic faculties, and young specialists. A key highlight of the formal agenda was the reading of the presidential congratulatory address directed to the graduates and command personnel, which established a highly patriotic tone for the proceedings. Details of the event were officially covered by the digital platform of the "Milli goşun" military publication.
The uniform formation on the square featured graduates from higher military academies, specialized law enforcement institutes, and cadets from the Military-Medical Faculty of the Myrat Garryýew State Medical University of Turkmenistan. The event initiated with the solemn rendition of the National Anthem beneath the hoisted state flag. The ceremony highlighted the strategic importance of integrating civil medical education with the defense sector to serve the critical requirements of national security.
The official program proceeded with the ritual distribution of professional credentials and distinctions to the young lieutenants, marking the formal commencement of their active service.
