Jointly organized by the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the event served as a major showcase for the artistic talents and cultural contributions of amateur student groups from higher education institutions across the nation.

The final event brought together these distinguished student collectives in a celebratory gathering. At the opening ceremony, organizers presented Certificates of Honor and valuable gifts to the participating student groups and the heads of primary youth organizations who demonstrated exceptional editorial and creative engagement with the "Arkadagly ýaşlar" digital magazine.
The concert program featured diverse literary-artistic compositions structured around the national motto of 2026. Students performed classical and traditional Turkmen instrumentation, folk melodies, historical fragments, and traditional vocal duels (aydyshylar).
