The central focus of the briefing was the official nomination of the Dashoguz province as the designated host territory for the nationwide Culture Week scheduled for 2027. According to state news broadcasts, the Vice-Premier began the briefing by extending congratulations to the country's leadership on the occasion of the Day of Workers of Culture and Art and Magtymguly Pyragy’s Poetry.

A comprehensive draft resolution was submitted for executive review, detailing the structural and logistics frameworks for the high-profile artistic gathering. The initiative aims to enhance regional heritage preservation, display localized folk traditions, and upgrade creative infrastructures in the northern part of the country. The submitted document provides a preliminary timeline for various gallery exhibitions, theatrical showcases, and structural collaborations among state institutions.

After evaluating the submitted report, the President of Turkmenistan formally signed the decree authorizing the hosting of the Culture Week in the Dashoguz province in 2027. Under the approved guidelines, the structural dates for the socio-cultural assembly have been finalized for June 22 to 27, 2027. Furthermore, the presidential executive order established a specialized organizing committee and officially confirmed its composition to manage cross-departmental operations.

Concluding the legislative session, the Head of State took the opportunity to congratulate the Cabinet members and the citizens of Turkmenistan on the Day of Workers of Culture and Art and Magtymguly Pyragy’s Poetry.
