Under the newly approved technical specifications, the two countries will establish an efficient mechanism for the systematic exchange of advance information regarding cargo shipments. This initiative is designed to accelerate cross-border customs procedures, shorten cargo clearance times, and increase the overall transparency of regional foreign economic activities.

Furthermore, the parties signed a Protocol on Cooperation in the Field of Mutual Trade Customs Statistics. This document focuses on advancing the exchange of statistical data, ensuring more accurate accounting of bilateral trade flows, and reinforcing the analytical foundation required for strategic decision-making in cross-border logistics management.
