An official signing ceremony was hosted at the headquarters of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care. In the presence of the Foundation’s Vice-President of Medical Affairs, Oguljahan Atabayeva, a major construction contract was formally signed between the Charitable Foundation and the prominent Turkish company "Gap Inşaat." Under the terms of the agreement, the company will undertake the modernization and reconstruction of a secondary school in Arkadag city, alongside constructing a state-of-the-art physical education and sports complex and a new 320-bed kindergarten on its premises.

Prior to the signing ceremony, Vice-President Atabayeva held high-level briefings with Narine Sahakyan, the UNDP Resident Representative in Turkmenistan; Xi Shumin, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China; and Rana Abu Hijleh, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine. As emphasized in the "Watan" news broadcast, this infrastructure initiative, financed directly through the internal reserves of the Foundation, serves as a tangible reflection of the National Leader's vision to secure optimal educational and living conditions for the nation’s youth.
