Spanning 29 hectares, the massive development will feature 52 buildings, including 5 high-rise towers and the region's largest shopping and entertainment center. The project also encompasses 42 residential buildings with 6,160 apartments, a 1,200-seat comprehensive school, and a kindergarten for 500 children, creating a modern residential and business cluster.
