The municipal qualification stage of the country's premier televised vocal competition concluded with an open-air showcase hosted at a prominent architectural monument plaza in Ashgabat. The cultural initiative focused on expanding the localized arts infrastructure brought together prospective young performers to present live solo routines before a technical monitoring committee. The seasonal project functions as a key corporate launchpad for emerging artistic talent within the territory.

Coordinated annually by the Ministry of Culture alongside the State Committee for Television, Radio Broadcasting, and Cinematography, the collaborative talent search maintains strict compliance with national human capital development frameworks. The platform aims to structurally systematically integrate amateur performers into the professional broadcasting environment, incentivizing participants to refine their technical stage execution and preserve regional vocal methodologies.

The executive evaluation panel verified contestant portfolios based on harmonic accuracy, acoustic range, and rhythmic synchronization during their live sets. Following the final score consolidations, a second-year undergraduate student from the state economic institute and a local independent performing artist secured the highest performance matrices. Both vocalists have officially advanced to the high-stakes national final to represent the capital district's artistic division.
