A major youth football event took place in the capital of Turkmenistan at the stadium of the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management. Co-organized by the Football Federation of Turkmenistan and the Central Asian Football Association (CAFA), the festival celebrated the International Day of Nowruz. The event highlighted the regional commitment to promoting sports among the youth.
More than 250 children, aged between 7 and 12, participated in the festivities. The primary objective of the "CAFA NOWRUZ-2026" festival is to promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage the growth of grassroots football. The event concluded with a formal presentation where all participants were recognized for their efforts. Commemorative gifts were distributed to the children, marking the successful end of the competition. Fábio Silva scored the sole goal for Dortmund in the 75th minute, while Ramy Bensebaini was sent off with a direct red card in the 90th minute. With this victory, Bayern Munich further solidifies its record for the most Supercup titles in German football history.
