Turkmenistan’s secondary school students are invited to participate in a nationwide ecological competition titled "Regional Ecology and Green Initiatives." Organised by the Ashgabat City Committee of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, the event aims to foster innovative thinking and environmental stewardship among the youth. The competition serves as a platform for young researchers to present practical solutions to pressing environmental challenges.

The contest focuses on four primary categories: efficient management of transboundary water resources and drip irrigation, desertification control through the establishment of "green belts," recycling of polymer waste, and the integration of digital technologies for environmental monitoring. Participation is open to all students, provided their projects are original and have not been submitted to previous competitions.

Submissions should include the participant's full name, school details, and contact information. Following an initial review by a panel of experts, selected finalists will present their work during a public defense session scheduled for the concluding stage of the event.

The competition will officially conclude on May 13, 2026, with an award ceremony for the top-performing students. Winners will receive certificates of merit from the Ministry of Education and the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, alongside valuable gifts and incentive prizes.
