On June 24, a large-scale promotional and familiarization tour titled "Hubei: An Inland Hub of Openness and Strategic Pivot" was conducted in Wuhan, China. As part of the itinerary, Guan Zhio, Secretary of the Hubei Provincial Committee, hosted an official meeting with heads of foreign diplomatic missions and experts from leading international organizations, including the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the People's Republic of China, Parahat Durdyev, delivered a keynote address at the assembly on behalf of the ambassadors and high-ranking diplomats representing 27 nations and international organizations accredited in China.

During his speech, the head of the Turkmen diplomatic mission expressed profound gratitude to the leadership of Hubei Province, the Xinhua News Agency Institute, and all organizing entities on behalf of the entire international delegation for the high-level management of the study tour. Ambassador Durdyev drew special attention to the rapid pace of interstate dialogues, which received renewed momentum following recent high-level state summits earlier this year. He emphasized that from the perspective of diversifying global economic partnerships, Hubei Province functions as a vital strategic hub with immense regional capacity.

Concluding the official session, Ambassador Durdyev, representing the collective diplomatic corps, reiterated sincere appreciation to the hosts for providing an opportunity to study the region's economic and technological frameworks in detail. He concluded that this successful tour would substantially contribute to the continuous prosperity, expansion, and reinforcement of friendly and strategic relations among the participating nations.
