New Residential Complexes to Be Built for Oil and Gas Workers in Three Cities
19 Sep. 15:55Turkmenistan is advancing the construction of modern residential housing for specialists employed in the oil and gas sector. During a Cabinet of Ministers meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Guvanch Agajanov reported on ongoing projects aimed at improving social and living conditions for energy industry workers. According to the plan, Mary will host a large residential complex designed for 720 families, with the first phase delivering eight 4-story buildings totaling 256 apartments. In Balkanabat, construction is underway for ten 4-story buildings comprising 240 apartments. Additionally, a 12-story residential building with 72 apartments is planned for the city of Turkmenbashi.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the submitted proposals and instructed relevant officials to continue expanding housing projects equipped with all modern amenities for oil and gas industry personnel.

To mark the occasion, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty signed the resort's Guest of Honor book, while healthcare professionals presented the National Leader with a handmade Turkmen carpet as a expression of gratitude.
