The State Commercial Bank of Turkmenistan, Dayhanbank, has launched a preferential loan program for students. The loan is intended to cover tuition costs at higher and secondary vocational educational institutions in the country.

The maximum loan amount is 42,000 manats, with a repayment period of up to 3 years. Funds are transferred cashless directly to the educational institution.

Loans up to 10–15,000 manats require a personal guarantor. Larger amounts require collateral.
