The National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, conducted a working visit to the city of Arkadag to inspect the ongoing large-scale construction and social welfare projects. The visit commenced at the headquarters of the Charitable Fund for Assistance to Children in Need of Care. During a meeting with the fund’s executive leadership, the Chairman was briefed on the extensive construction activities supported by the organization and discussed future initiatives aimed at enhancing the social protection system.

As part of the second stage of the city's development, the National Leader inspected the construction site of a new mosque designed to accommodate 30,000 worshippers. He held a working session with the heads of the relevant state committee and the city administration, emphasizing the importance of blending modern engineering with traditional architectural motifs. Instructions were given to ensure that all infrastructure projects meet the highest international standards of quality and functionality.

Furthermore, the Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty visited the new administrative building of the city’s municipality (Hakimlik) to review the progress of the interior and technical installations. Highlighting the rapid expansion of the city, he noted that the development of Arkadag should be accompanied by comprehensive international promotion of its achievements. The National Leader underscored the need to broadcast the city’s status as a premier example of "smart city" integration and innovative urban planning to the global community.

Concluding the visit, the National Leader wished success to all officials and specialists involved in the execution of these strategic tasks. He reiterated that the successful development of Arkadag city remains a key priority, calling for meticulous attention to detail in every project to ensure the city continues to thrive as a model of modern administrative and cultural excellence.
