"Altyn Asyr" Closed Joint-Stock Company (TM CELL) has announced an open international tender for the procurement of 5G and 4G+ (including VoLTE and LTE-Advanced) base stations to modernize Turkmenistan's mobile infrastructure. According to the "Neutral Turkmenistan" newspaper, the tender also involves upgrading the software and hardware resources of the company's existing mobile network. This project marks a significant leap toward advancing the nation's digital communications landscape to meet global benchmarks.

The tender is organized into two distinct lots. The first lot covers the design, supply, and installation of technological equipment for the TM CELL network in Ashgabat as well as the Ahal, Balkan, and Dashoguz provinces. The second lot focuses on similar integrated works to be carried out in the Lebap and Mary provinces. This comprehensive approach ensures that high-speed, next-generation mobile connectivity will be accessible across all administrative regions of the country.

Prospective bidders are required to submit a written application and obtain a full set of tender documents. Proposals must be submitted within 30 business days from the date of the announcement's publication in two separate packages: technical and commercial. The applications are processed at the company's headquarters located at 217 Oguzhan Street, Ashgabat.

The deployment of 5G and advanced 4G technologies is expected to revolutionize Turkmenistan's telecommunications sector by providing ultra-fast internet speeds and lower latency. This infrastructure will serve as the backbone for future digital initiatives, including smart city developments and enhanced e-government services. By investing in these technologies, "Altyn Asyr" aims to provide a robust and futuristic communication platform for both individual consumers and corporate entities.

American researchers have initiated trials for a new pharmaceutical compound designated as ENV-308, designed to replicate the physiological effects of intensive physical training. Formulated in tablet form, the medication aims to trigger the body's metabolic responses similar to those experienced during exercise.

Scientists at Enveda utilized the Lac-Phe molecule as the core component for this development. Naturally produced by the body during vigorous exertion, this molecule transmits signals to the brain that suppress appetite and signal satiety.

Preclinical trials conducted on animal models demonstrated significant positive results. The tablets effectively reduced hunger levels and facilitated weight loss while entirely preserving existing muscle mass.

Researchers have successfully completed the first phase of clinical trials, confirming the safety of the drug for human use. Future studies will focus on evaluating the compound's impact on metabolism and exploring its potential combination with established therapeutics such as Ozempic.
